Skill Development Council was established on 15th Feb. 1999. The office was being organized in a rented building at I-9
sector of Islamabad. It became fully functional by the end of March 1999.

   The Main Aim of the SDC is to contribute in the economic and technological development of Pakistan. SDC is achieving this aim by identifying, developing and arranging job oriented vocational and technical training programs.These training programs are objective oriented, broad based, practical and highly subsidized, therefore Cost Effective.
